Matthias Münz

Matthias Münz, besser bekannt als „Der verrückte Eismacher“, schloss im Jahr 2012 sein Studium des Tourismusmanagements an der HM ab. Kurz darauf eröffnete er den ersten von drei Eisläden in München. Die Idee, sich mit Eis selbstständig zu machen, hatte er während des Studiums – und arbeitete sie prompt in seiner Bachelorarbeit aus.
