Prof. Dr. Gerta Köster ist seit 2010 Professorin an der Fakultät für Mathematik und Informatik der Hochschule München, lehrt unter anderem Modellbildung und Simulation und forscht zur Personenstromanalyse. Ihre Forschungsergebnisse stellt sie in einem Open-Source-Simulator der Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung.
